We are happy to offer a 30 day no quibbles return policy. You may return any product in it's original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
We recommend using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For post for returns and advise you to keep hold of your proof of postage issued by the Post Office.

You have the right under UK Distance Selling Regulations to return any goods in their original and unopened condition within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund including the delivery charge you initially paid. However, we understand that this is not always possible and there are times you will need to open packaging to check the suitability of a product. Where this is the case we ask that you return the goods in a condition fit for re-sale and take care to pack them in a way that is not likely to incur damage in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and you will have to pay the costs of returning them. Where there is any dispute arising from damage to returned goods (which we have not previously been made aware of), our decision on whether to issue a refund will be final.
As stated at the top of the page, we are happy to offer a 30 days return policy rather than the 14 days specified in law.
Specials and Custom Made Goods:
Goods which are made to your specification or ordered on your behalf (which we do not stock) cannot be returned. You will be advised of this when you place your order.
Damaged/Faulty Goods, Shortages and Errors:
You must notify us of any damage, shortages or picking errors within 10 days of receiving your order. After this time, we cannot be held liable for such issues and may not be able to remedy any problems. We understand that some faults may not develop until after a period of time has passed so this limit does not apply in such cases.
Damaged or faulty goods may be returned for a full refund or exchange including all postage costs. Please contact us and we will tell you how to proceed in this case.
