Special Orders

We try to stock as wide a range of products as possible. We buy from around 30 different wholesalers, importers and factories in addition to stocking a large range of our own brand products. All that takes up quite a lot of space! Fortunately, we have large storage areas to enable us to carry sufficient stock for most eventualities.

Despite this, we can't stock everything from everyone. It may be that you require a large number of a certain product or have seen something in a wholesaler's (or another retailer's) website/catalogue which you would like to order. We are happy to place orders on your behalf with high quality British manufacturers such as Samuel Heath, Croft, Frank Allart and Kirkpatrick. Lead times are generally between 4 and 8 weeks but can be much shorter, particularly for brass products.
